Villa Alijah is a private villa rental in Cancún, not a hotel wing with a nice name. One family, or one group of up to 15 people, has the whole house.
I have hosted here for more than eight years. 320 guests have left a review in that time and the average sits at 4.85 — that is the number I am judged by, and the reason I answer every message myself.

Booking direct means you are talking to the owner and not to a call centre. That is the whole difference.
